[Feedback] If the browser gets stuck and you press 'save' again, the answer is recorded twice.

In fact, the browser dosen't even need to get stuck and you can still reproduce this pretty reliably :)

I'm no web designer, and have no idea about the different web-based languages...
But a simple work-around I can think of off the cuff would be to compare two entries (consecutive entries, every time, on a per thread basis) and if they are exactly the same, reject one...
Again, I am not sure about the data organization structures you have used...and so this may not be feasible at all :)
